How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. For our international Oafs, shipping can take between 7-14 working days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return period from the date you receive your order. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and face masks cannot be returned.
Do you restock items once they are sold out?
Most of our collections are limited edition, meaning once they're gone, they're usually gone for good! However, we occasionally restock core basics or popular collaborations, so keep an eye on our 'Back in Stock' page.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your parcel's journey.
